FAQ

  • Your order will be shipped within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can start your return through our return portal. Please make sure that your return is submitted within the applicable return period.

    Refund & Return Policy
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • An order may be canceled because of payment issues, stock availability, incorrect information, or other processing issues. You will receive an email if your order has been canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to update the delivery address.
  • We currently ship to selected countries. Available shipping destinations and rates are shown during checkout.
  • Tracking updates can take a few days after shipment, especially during weekends, public holidays, or carrier delays.
  • Contact us immediately. If the parcel has already been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information.
  • Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
