How to make a Return?

Please register your return via the contact form above. Include your order number and the reason for return (e.g. Quality issue, Didn’t like the look, Not as expected, Size/fit, Wrong item, Other).

Your return will only be accepted if it has been pre-registered with us and the completed return form is enclosed in the package. After we receive your request and verify the details, we’ll send you further instructions for the next steps.

  • The return form must be printed, completed, and enclosed with your package for your return to be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for creating/purchasing their own return label.
  • Items sent back without prior return registration will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
