You can revoke and return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To make the process easier, please use our Return Portal. There you can submit your return request, select the items you want to return and follow the next steps for sending your package back to us.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

In our Return Portal, the process is simplified for you. You can start your return, select the items you want to send back and arrange the return shipment to our return address with the shipping provider of your choice.

If you need to return an item because it was delivered defective or incorrect, we will assess this on a case-by-case basis and arrange the appropriate solution.

Please make sure to obtain proof of delivery and keep it safe until your return has been processed.

For significantly worn, used or washed items, there may be no entitlement to a refund or exchange.

The invoice amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the order.

The processing of a return can take up to 7 business days after the returned item has arrived and has been checked.
